Creative Cash Flow
Creative Cash Flow is a board game that encapsulates Real Estate Investing complexities into an interactive and entertaining game. At its fundamental level, at the end of six-rounds of game play, whoever has the most Net Worth wins. Each player will randomly choose an Avatar (18 options), which are character cards who have Hard and Soft skills that give each player special advantages to execute your real estate strategies. Utilizing strategies such as Buy and Hold, Joint Venture, Wholesale, and Fix and Flip, Avatar can entertain and enhance your skills to achieve the ultimate goal, highest net worth!
How to Play
Let’s keep in mind everything is on the table, when negotiating clearly Define the Terms of Partnership, and always be mindful to not over leverage Hard Money, Private Money, or Gator! You just might lose what you set out to achieve by losing it all. The fine balance will be to Stick to Your Lane by focusing on one main strategy. Buy Back your Time by Hiring a Virtual Assistant. Most importantly, establish your Brand by Building Rapport with other players.
